Sr Project Manager

Position- Manager Projects

Location: Mumbai, West India,

May need to travel in the West Region - Pune, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Gujrat, Goa, Madhya Pradesh if projects come in those areas.

May need to travel to other regions to support as a business need.

Job Description

Project Manager to manage key client projects.

Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget & scope.

He needs to create and lead the team, monitor project progress, set deadlines, solve issues that arise, manage budget & cashflow, ensure stakeholder satisfaction, and evaluate project performance, including the performance of their team members.

Oversee all aspects of projects.

Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor, and control the project.

Summarize the progress of project & prepare reports for senior management to review the status of the project.

To work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope & budget.

To coordinate with other departments/functions to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.

Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures in project management of ELV segment & IBMS Projects.

Rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Perform a variety of tasks.

Lead and direct the work of other team members.

A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Reporting to a regional manager.

Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments and GM of the project.

To delight the customer by ensuring the on-time delivery of project with quality & value and support sales team to get repeat business.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

• Ensure resource availability and allocation.

• Develop a detailed project plan (MS Project) to monitor and track progress

• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques

• Report and escalate to management as needed

• Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders

• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks

• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
