Talent Acquisition Coordinator

HPC Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors in Deer Park, TX is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their safety conscious team! This team member is responsible for providing support to Talent Acquisition functions including sourcing and attracting top talent for vacant field labor positions.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work in a high-volume capacity as well as challenging markets across Canada and the US.

Our team is setting challenging benchmarks to redefine the standard for service and delivery in the Industrial Services line of business when it comes to talent acquisition.

Transitioning Military, this is a great opportunity to leverage your skills and training as you return to civilian life.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Office Environment (Not Remote)

LOCATION OF WORK: Deer Park, TX

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday

This person has strong communication skills, a proactive approach to understanding hiring needs, and a track record of timely project completion.
