Software Data Architect Engineering [Cybersecurity Solutions]

What will you do ?


* Acts as a lead data architect within the R&D team.


* Establishes and evolves the software & data architectural framework upon which Cyber Solutions will be built and integrated with partner providers.


* Serves as a technical liaison to internal and external partner technical teams.


* Acts as a strong collaborator across the Cyber Solutions Engineering (R&D) team.


* Leads the design and development of data architecture solutions that support cyber offer portfolio.


* Designs and implements data models, schemas, and structures for optimal performance and usability.


* Designs and implements data ingestion, processing, storage, and analytics solutions to support real-time and batch processing requirements.


* Ensures data security, privacy, and compliance measures as core architectural requirements.


* Provides technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* 5-10 years of experience in software architectures with hands-on data architecture and design


* Deep understanding of software architectures, data modelling, cloud services and architectures


* Bachelor's / master's degree in a computer science or engineering field


* In-depth knowledge of data modelling principles and methodologies (e.g., relational, dimensional, NoSQL).


* Proficiency in database technologies such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Influx etc.


* Proficiency in big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc., for processing and analyzing IoT data.


* Hands-on expertise in data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and tools


* Hands-on experience with programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, .Net, etc.


* Excellent attention to detail


* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral


* Previous coaching experience.
