Head of Marketing - Cybersecurity Solutions

What will you do?


* Develops and implements comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and target market needs.


* Enhances and maintains the brand identity of the cybersecurity offerings, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.


* Designs and executes integrated marketing campaigns that promote cybersecurity solutions, driving lead generation and customer acquisition.


* Conducts market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning within the cybersecurity space.


* Oversees the creation of high-quality content (blogs, whitepapers, webinars, etc.) that educate and engage target audiences about cybersecurity topics and solutions.


* Fosters a culture of creativity and results-oriented performance across the marketing team.


* Works closely with sales, product management, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on messaging and go-to-market strategies.


* Defines, tracks, and reports on marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.


* Manages marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* Bachelor's / Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field


* 10+ yrs experience in marketing, particularly in the cybersecurity or digital technology sectors (typically 7+ years).


* Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.


* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.


* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
