What we do:
The Markets Technology Markets Technology (MT) is responsible for the coordination and delivery of the Markets Group technology portfolio.
Markets Technology drives the critical Markets Transformation program and is responsible for delivering technology solutions that will change the way the Bank plans and executes open market operations.
Your role as Quality Manager:
The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of program delivery meet the highest quality standards and align with client expectations.
This role focuses on overseeing quality processes across large-scale, complex technology programs, including software development, systems integration, and infrastructure delivery.
The Quality Manager works closely with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

What we are looking for:
* Experience developing, implementing, and managing a quality assurance framework tailored to a large-scale technology programs.
* Mindset that ensures adherence to industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, ITIL, CMMI, Agile frameworks) and compliance with customer-specific quality requirements.
* Experience overseeing quality control across project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
