End User Sales Manager

End User Sales Manager (DE, Healthcare / CIB)

What you will do:


* Overall responsibility to meet, follow up and build sustainable relationship with prospective clients in the Healthcare Industry and Building End Market and has the responsibility to identify and cultivate these specific stakeholders.


* Develops new sales opportunities and addresses the complex needs of the highest-profile accounts.


* Utilizes comprehensive Schneider Electric's EcoStruxure offer, competitor and customer knowledge to act as a consultant to high-level customer contacts regarding customer's long-term sustainability goals and growth.


* Facilitate the project ecosystem from identifying potential projects within the intended customer group and/or geographic region by saturating all Schneider Electric products.


* Lead sales team on managing business partners relationship & growth for System Integrator (EcoXpert) channel.

What qualifications will make you successful?


* Minimum 8 years of sales and account management experience.


* Well versed in Ecostruxure offer or related energy management architectural system.


* Good awareness of the customer preferably within the healthcare sector, understands the underlying needs of the customer and identifies new business possibilities, as well as maximizing the potential, with existing customers.


* Has sufficient knowledge about the product offerings to facilitate the customer enquiries.
