As we progress with the Serviceability Transformation of our company, we're looking to onboard a Serviceability Design Expert to deploy our serviceability guidelines across the Product Lines of Business.
Joining the Serviceability Excellence Chapter, you will be accountable for the deployment of the transformation within the Power Products and Power Systems divisions, specifically on critical applications related to medium voltage offers and low voltage equipment and molded case circuit breakers.
With this team quickly evolving, you will have to adapt to the current needs of the organization as well as prepare and manicure the future operating model.
The Serviceability Expert will work most of the time with counterparts in North America, but will also spend time part working with colleagues in Europe, India and China.

Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the deployment of the Serviceability Guidelines at squad/project level for Electrical/Mechanical, Digital and Circular Services
* Drive the technical and business enablement of services through product development
* Facilitate collaboration between Services and Product Squads
* Train the Product line of business community on Serviceability
* Assess offer Serviceability and provide technical/design recommendations to the Product Design Teams
* Identify project roadmaps within the Medium volage line of business that will best impact the Services growth ambitions
* Participate in the innovation phase of the Offer Creation projects - prescribe features and specifications that will enable future services
* Influence the product design through the Service specifications implementation
* Evaluate Services stakes and revenues linked to offer development and offer optimization from the Product line of business
* Reveal the customers' needs related to the offer serviceability and ensure the integration of these needs in the offer specifications
* Participate in the Agile lifecycle as a member of the Serviceability Excellence Chapter, representing the voice of the Services line of business
* Define and lead the preparation of the Services trainings for new offers, size application opportunity by geography and ensure regional implementation
* Develop the Project Management Plan for Service deliverables
Who You Will Interact With:
* Product LoBs: Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Designers, Quality, and Industrialization Leaders, EcoDesign Leaders
* Services Squads: Product Owners, Marketing Managers, Scrum Masters, and especially with the NAM Services Innovation Hub
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
* Strong knowledge and experience in Products & Services' Customer Applications
