Kimberly-Clark (KC) Australia’s Millicent Mill is a world class manufacturing facility where we make our leading brands and have done so for 65 years! In our first year of operations, we produced approximately 4,000 tonnes of toilet paper and tissue.

Today, we produce approximately 85,000 tonnes per year.

As a Workforce Planner, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective scheduling of our staff to meet operational needs.

This crucial position involves maintaining optimal workforce coverage, you will ensure that we have the appropriate personnel in the right positions to effectively manage leave and training requirements.

managing administrative tasks related to rostering systems and supporting various teams through meticulous planning and coordination.
