Restaurant Supervisor

Nestled in the heart of the picturesque Double Bay, this iconic Sydney hotel embodies timeless elegance and unparalleled service. 

As Restaurant Supervisor you will play an integral role coordinating the launch of “Le Petite Chef” in Sydney ensuring quality service and standards are maintained to deliver a memorable guest experience.

“Le Petite Chef” is a unique dining experience that creates an unforgettable experience of delightful dining and sophisticated theatre.

 EVERY DAY IS DIFFERENT, BUT YOU’LL MOSTLY BE:


* Meet with guests to ensure they are welcomed and seated confidently 


* Help manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for events.

Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate expectations and updates.


* Supervise the service process to ensure that Food & Beverage associates perform their duties according to department standards 


* Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure the timely preparation and service of food.


* Be able to assist in other F&B departments when required


* Ensure all colleagues have received department on boarding and required online training within their first week

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:


* Higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field 


* 1+ years’ related experience, including supervisory experience preferable. 


* Available across a 7-day roster


* Must obtain certifications or permits as required by local governmental agencies.
