The salary range posted represents the low and high end of OSI's salary range for this position.

Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, experience and performance.

Base salary is one component of OSI's overall total rewards package.

We are seeking an experienced supply chain professional.

In this role, you will manage the 13-week rolling production plan and finished goods inventory for various manufacturing facilities and 3rd party warehouses.

This individual will ensure OSI is providing best-in-class service levels by optimizing a rolling production plan and maintaining healthy inventory levels through data-driven analysis and decision making

Job Responsibilities



* Plan and manage inventories for plants to achieve Fill Rate, DOH (Days on Hand Inventory) targets.


* Leads the compiling and tuning of a 13-week rolling production plan for various manufacturing facilities.


* Train and support plant team members as the overarching Supply Planning department's scope evolves.


* Responsible for the communication and monitoring of inventory health metrics.


* Proven advanced analytical and presentation skills.


* Analyzes, maintains, and presents capacity calendars for our manufacturing facilities.


* Interact with Demand Planning and Sales to ensure the supply plan is based on the most current and accurate forecast.


* Interact with Customer Service, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Logistics with the goal of maximizing service levels.


* Lead the resolution of any shortages impacting the supply plan by initiating conversations with related stakeholders/departments.


* Ability to prepare and analyze short- and long-term capacity calendars/plans.


* Provide support to manufacturing facilities as needed.


* Closely coordinate and communicate customer action plans with supply chain manager.


* Review sales plans, customer finance Budget Updates or Latest Estimates and demand drivers, adjusting the supply plan as needed.


* Ensures adherence to all company policies and procedures.


* Understands and demonstrates the Company's core values.


* Performs other duties as assigned.
