$60,000 - $65,000 hourly over a 43-hour blended work week.

* ◦ Administers the UKG benefits platform/systems for the U.S hotels, this includes but is not limited to: plan changes, life event processing, dependent verifications...


* ◦ Partners with hotels to offer insurance benefits to employees with qualifying events, such as status conversions


* ◦ End of year 1095c and 1094 filing (fully insured plans) through UKG platform


* ◦ Handles administrative side of open enrollment and works to distribute guides /information that are put together by company broker


* ◦ Oversees business relationship of outsourced billing reconciliation system, to help answer any questions, and ensures cover reports are appropriately distributed to corporate and centralized accounting


* ◦ Maintains carrier portal for small plan not on an EDI file (less than 50 enrollees) in state of Montana


* ◦ Monitors EDI files for benefits and works with broker, carriers and UKG team to troubleshoot any errors


* ◦ Audits system to ensure enrolled employees are appropriately paying for healthcare, and works through any discrepancies with the hotels


* ◦ Audits HSA EDI file to ensure employee accounts are being appropriately funded


* ◦ Handles LOA administration through UKG leave module and partners with Regional HR Business partners or field level Human Resources team members, to ensure paperwork is completed accurately


* ◦ Becomes knowledgeable and keeps track of states with paid leaves of absence and processes quarterly billing reports to government entities


* ◦ Monitors hotline calls and passes report for call backs to the Regional HR Business Partners


* ◦ Quarterly company newsletter


* ◦ Handles any benefit related compliance filings such as CMS, 5500 (broker puts together and files), Creditable Coverage Notices


* ◦ Looks over Qualifying Medical Support Notices and ensures that if applicable for execution, the custodial parent receives all appropriate notices


* ◦ EEO1 report : downloads UKG generated reports, partners with hotels to ensure accuracy and files through government website


* ◦ OSHA300 filing: ensures hotels are appropriately executing the electronic filing and posting OSHA300 log as required by law


* ◦ Partners with hotels to provide resources to answer employee questions (hotel GMs, HRs serve as direct employee contact)


* ◦ 401K administrative tasks : SMM distribution, record keeping (in partnership with Corporate Dir Asset Management) Year end report questionnaire (in partnership with VP HR)
