Payments Product Manager - Vice President

As a Product Manager in the Payments & Global Banking Product Catalog team, you are an integral part that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle.

As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value.

Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences.

With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

You will be responsible for the authoritative source for product data including general product definition data, regional availability information, eligibility and suitability rules, and configurable attributes required to implement Payments products.

You will partner closely across Client Onboarding & Servicing, Operations, Technology, business transformation leadership, product owners, and technology to identify inefficiencies in our product ecosystem, design product solutions necessary to integrate systems, and deliver next gen technology for provisioning B2B financial products.

Job responsibilities:



* Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers


* Establish a framework to track key product success metrics, including cost, features and functionality, risk posture, and reliability


* Analyze complex data issues, understand requirements, conduct data analysis, make informed recommendations, and facilitate stakeholder discussions to support strategic and technical deliverables


* Facilitate discovery meetings to gain insights into business processes, technology, integrations, and business objectives


* Manage discovery efforts and conduct market research to identify customer solutions and incorporate them into the product roadmap


* Rationalize data requirements across various stakeholders and applications, identifying and resolving any data gaps


* Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that aligns with the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition


* Investigate and define detailed current and target state data flows across front, middle, and back office applications


* Write Jira stories and epics to support data integration product development, ensuring adherence to agile standards

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


* 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
