Job Description:

The Sustainable Technology Program Lead is a critical member of the Living Progress team, responsible for leading HPE's sustainable business strategy and engaging across the company to drive toward our goals and vision.

As we further embed sustainability across our operations, supply chain, and products and solutions, a holistic view of systems, tools, and offerings will accelerate progress and drive alignment across the business.

The Sustainable Technology Program Lead will lead, consult on, develop and manage a set of interrelated sustainability projects as a single program to advance HPE's sustainable technology strategy, including Design for Sustainability.

They will be responsible for developing and tracking metrics for these programs, guiding integration with HPE's product development / product lifecycle management processes and obtaining buy-in cross-organizationally to lead its successful adoption and evolution.

The role will reside within the Sustainability Offerings and Innovation team, focused on building a more sustainable portfolio of solutions for our customers, and will partner closely with the product and offering business units and HPE's technical teams across the company.

This position requires extensive coordination at all levels of the company, strong sustainability subject matter expertise, robust business acumen, excellent communication skills, the ability to synthesize complex business problems and devise and execute on plans which address big challenges and opportunities in the environmental sustainability space.
