Hva inngår i rollen?

Som Project Execution Manager vil du ha en spennende og dynamisk rolle der du jobber med alt fra lønnsomheten og kontantstrømmen i våre prosjektforpliktelser til kundetilfredshet og kvalitet! Å identifisere og håndtere risikoer er en del av ditt oppdrag.

Målet ditt er å skape fornøyde kunder og bygge en kultur for kvalitet innen teamet.

Du vil også drive interessante transformasjonsinitiativ, spesielt innen digital vekst og bærekraft.

I tillegg vil du håndtere arbeidsbelastningen med hensyn til lokale behov og lede bemanningen av prosjekter.

Du vil fremme samarbeid mellom alle interessenter og bygge mangfoldige team med fokus på rekruttering og karriereutvikling.

Krav:


* Utdanning innen ingeniørfag og/eller økonomi, eller tilsvarende.


* Du må være helt komfortabel med både norsk og engelsk.


* Tidligere erfaring innen prosjektledelse, gjerne i en kompleks matriseorganisasjon.

Ferdigheter:


* Sterk kunnskap om kundeprosjekter og trender innen tjenestebransjen.


* Eksepsjonelle evner innen teambygging og samarbeid.


* Utmerkede ferdigheter innen relasjonsbygging og kommunikasjon.


* Selvsikkerhet til å lede med smidighet og ta beslutninger i dynamiske situasjoner.
