Hourly Rate: Starting at $17.00/hr.

Job Description:
Western Slope Health Care Center is looking for a highly motivated and reliable Dietary Aide to join our team.

This full-time position is ideal for an individual with great communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional food service to our patients.

As a Dietary Aide, you will assist in meal preparation, delivery, and ensuring a positive dining experience for those under our care.

Key Responsibilities:


* Assist in the preparation and delivery of meals according to specific dietary requirements.


* Ensure that patient meal plans and dietary restrictions are followed accurately.


* Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas.


* Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.


* Set up and serve meals for patients, ensuring a pleasant and timely dining experience.


* Communicate effectively with patients and staff regarding dietary needs and preferences.


* Help with inventory management and report any shortages to management.

Qualifications:


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


* Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.


* Prior experience in a dietary or food service role is preferred but not required.


* Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to providing excellent care.


* Willingness to follow instructions and assist with meal preparation and delivery.
