Commercial Assistant (La Montre Hermès)

RESPONSIBILITIES


* Prepare and generate reports including sales and stock data, month end stock movement report to Finance and headquarter


* Follow-up and coordinate shipments, stock allocation and consolidation, transfers, and replenishment


* Assist with pricing update in the system


* Support after-sales and follow up including watch repairing and spare part order


* Handle CRM analysis


* Uphold the image of Hermès Watch business and inspire internal and external clients / stakeholders


* Maintain good image via service, expert handling / presentation, visual merchandising, retail excellence at POS


* Support the control of the complete order lifecycle, from order raising to dispatch and return


* Handle non-merchandise stock management


* Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

REQUIREMENTS


* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines


* 2-3 years of retail / travel retail experience in luxury retail industry


* Strong analytical mindset and good numerical sense


* Proactive, eager to success with a can-do attitude


* Team player and at ease within multicultural environment


* Excellent organizational & interpersonal skills


* Good command in both English & Chinese


* Excellent MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) skills required
