Maintenance Technician

Work Schedule :

100% FTE, day shift.

40 hours per week Monday through Friday between 6:00am - 3:30pm.

Weekly on-call rotation.

Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to:


* Maintain heating and air conditioning equipment, emergency power systems, medical gas distribution and supply systems, food service equipment, and hospital life support systems for direct and indirect patient use.


* Perform diagnosis and repair equipment in emergency situations, monitor and make adjustments to the building(s) environment and lighting using a computerized building automation system and monitor and make adjustments to computerized, intelligent fire alarm systems.

Qualifications



* High School Diploma or GED Required


* Two (2) year Technical diploma Preferred

Work Experience



* 2 years of maintenance experience or formal training, in a healthcare setting Preferred

Licenses & Certifications



* Valid Driver's License Required
