Security Monitoring Analysts (Bilingual)
Job Position: Security Monitoring Analysts Job Description:
Among their responsibilities includes 24/7 NAM operation support the operation of the security systems for access control, intrusion detection arm and disarm, monitoring alarm systems and surveillance cameras, supervising guards' assistance, keeping an eye on suspicious activities and behaviors, GPS monitoring for Cargo and Logistics shipments execute strategies to enforce security protocols, and primary responding to distress.
Responsibilities: • Monitor the operation, Analyze AI models preventing risks and threats and fast react against any crisis.
• Remotely monitor security cameras for suspicious or unusual activity • Operate and Control ID Badging and access control.
• Manage, operate, and maintain electronic security systems and devices in working order.
• Coordinate with internal departments in case of emergency or an accident • Dispatch emergency calls to respond to video-triggered incidents/situations • Maintain familiarity with Workplace Policy and other office rules and regulations.
• Operate the security program, Security Command Center emergency number, providing advice and telephone assistance to employees, collecting information, statistics, and reporting incidents.
• Electronically maintain accurate and complete security records • Promote Security Awareness • Contribute to the creation/development and implementation of the tools needed to: • Management of Security travelers and assistance.
• Tracking of trucks via GPS from facilities to final destination.
• Build the Dashboards, reports, and analyses of KPIs and RSOC Performance.
• Participate in projects related to tools, electronic systems, maintenance, and upgrades.
Requirements:
• Full availability to rotate schedules.
• High school diploma, TSU IT Fields / Bachelor's Degree or equivalent,
• Computer/ tech savvy and adapt to new software quickly • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal • Strong computer skills, must have experience with Reporting, Power BI, Tableau, Databases like Oracle, SQL, Microsoft Office, MS SharePoint, and PowerApps as a plus.
• Strong decision-making ability - shows good judgment and confidence • English 85% - 90% • Driver's license Scholarship: TSU / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology related fields, criminology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineer Administrator.
and/or Systems Engineer or related career.
Experience: Reporting, Data Analysis, Data Querys & Joints, (Basic knowledge of Data Science / Big Data as a Plus) Desired
- Experience in monitoring and GPS tracking and/or experience in security services/projects.
