Overview

The Cell Lead will be responsible for performing and witnessing Factory Acceptance Testing, installations, and start-up works of Prefab modular data centers at our West Chester Factory.

Factory Acceptance Testing: Perform and witness testing to ensure quality and functionality of modular data centers.

Installations: Conduct electrical installations as part of the assembly process.

Start-Up Works: Assist in the start-up and commissioning of modular data centers.

Integration Support: Provide support for integration solutions within the facility.

Working Conditions

Environment: Factory setting with adherence to safety protocols

Hours: Three 12-hour shift model promoting work-life balance

End of Week Days: Thursday through Saturday, 5:00 am to 5:00 pm

Overtime: Available and dependent on business volume.

Salary: Competitive payrate

Responsibilities


* Installs, repairs, and maintains the electrical parts of industrial equipment.


* Works individually or as part of a team to successfully complete projects.


* Follows safety procedures and adheres to electrical codes.


* Correctly interprets technical documents for proper execution of assignments.


* Conducts quality assurance measures and inspections.

Cell Lead Requirements and Qualifications:


* High school diploma or equivalent


* Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required for some positions.


* Certificate of completion in an apprenticeship program, or journeyman experience


* Knowledgeable in pertinent electrical codes and regulations


* Able to understand schematics and other technical documents.


* Must be able to handle physically demanding tasks.


* Must have leadership experience.
