Job Summary:

The Manager, Global FP&A position will be responsible for leading close, analytics, and reporting of the Management P&L of Actuals for CooperCompanies, as well as supporting the preparation of reporting packages.

This will require collaboration to maintain a standard library of reports for Senior Management and various business partners, inclusive of monthly LT P&L reporting, product-level analysis, trended Revenue and P&L reports at various FX translations and comparison points, quarterly preparation of the Board of Directors' Financial Report, as well as other various recurring metrics and ad hoc requests.

This role monitors trends in order to formulate strategies and provide insight to key executives.

In addition, this position will play a key role in supporting the company's digital finance strategy, leveraging advanced analytics and financial technologies to enhance decision-making processes.

The ideal candidate will utilize data-driven insights and digital tools to streamline financial reporting and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
