* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a talent acquisition or human resources field
* In lieu of a degree, will accept 8 years of experience in related field
* Ability to travel to plants and recruitment events, 25% of the time
* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
* This position entails access to export controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicants ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting in a manufacturing environment, for technical and non-technical positions is highly desired.
* Experience in the Aerospace industry is a plus.
* Experience working with OFCCP hiring policies and guidelines.
* Experience working with one or more Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
* Experience with talent acquisition data analytics.
* Possess advanced sourcing skills finding passive candidates for critical employee skill sets.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist, reports to the Talent Acquisition Business Partner of Howmet Engines System Business Unit (BU).
He/She will play an instrumental part in building and improving the overall the recruiting strategy for the BU.
