Integration Engineer

The EES's Integration Services team is responsible to identify time-consuming manual processes and build automated solutions that are reliable and scalable.
You listen to EES employees and clients to transform their needs into high-level technical specifications, and design and develop the recommended solution.
Whether it be a client solution or internal process improvement, you will help the end-users to work smarter, faster, and efficiently.
* Provide technical and design support to customers ensuring they can integrate with EES's product APIs.
* Ability to comprehensively understand client's workflow and business processes required to integrate with EES's product suite.
* Provide design and implementation feedback to the software development group regarding client-facing APIs.
* Present EES integration solutions to technical and non-technical audiences through webinars, meetings, and conferences.
* Develop robust, innovative, and user-friendly web applications, including consumer-facing web experiences.
About You and How You Can Excel in This Role
* At least 2+ years of experience working with APIs and helping them integrate in customer workflows.
* At least 2+ years of experience working in customer support roles.
* Experience with Microsoft .NET technology and Windows server operating system.
* Proficient in database concepts and experience working with relational databases like Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL.
* AWS certifications are a plus, however not required.
