We are seeking a dynamic and strategic technical sales leader to grow sales in the eastern territory of Pioneer, driving sales growth and providing support to both direct and indirect sales channels across these industries.

Position Summary:

As the EP&SI Sales Specialist, you will manage both direct accounts and provide support and training to other sales staff.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical sales leadership, a deep understanding of environmental instrumentation, and a collaborative approach to assisting and developing other team members.

Key Responsibilities:


* Sales Leadership: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share within the region.


* Team Management: Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to sales account managers, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.


* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain key client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring the team provides effective solutions using the company's instrumentation products.


* Assistance and Support: Provide training, guidance, and support to the sales team, assisting with complex sales situations and ensuring the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.


* Strategic Planning: Drive the development and execution of sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.
