Mission

• Digital Expert to provide solution on new technologies like AI, Chat GPT, etc

• Plan and take any necessary actions to provide adequate solutions to the regions

• Identify improvement opportunity and deploy

Key Responsibilities


* Coordinate with region, Learning solution leaders and Domain leaders to ensure that Learning solutions are available for key competencies


* CoMET Deployment & Maintenance - Robustness & Become DNA across the Regions


* Provide adequate Reports and analytics to the Management

Main Activities



* Drive digital solutions to automate relevant processes with new technologies like AI, Analytics tools etc


* Ensure that right training contents available


* Drive on Competency development drive


* Create required information on promoting Learning / Competency development


* Lead continuous improvement on its perimeter

Qualifications

Key Systems

•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

•Knowledge on Analytics tools and techniques

Experience Level

•15-20 years' experience in a manufacturing environment and Digitization

•Hands on Expertise on AI, Data analytics, Chat GPT etc

Education

•Bachelor of in Engineering or equivalent
