The Role: Offer Data Steward / (MM Data Admin)

The MM Data Admin position is to support the creation/maintenance of local/global Commercial Reference offers master data in ERP via One Shuttle and coordinate inputs from different stakeholders.

The role manages end-to-end completion of workflow coordinating with various stakeholders

The MM Data Admin will work closely with the Offer Managers, Operations Managers, PIM Champions, and other stakeholders

What will you do?

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

One Shuttle Workflow Management

• Support the Offer Managers to create/Maintain local/global CRs offer master data in ERP via One Shuttle.

• Coordinate inputs E2E for completion of Workflow with various stakeholders

• Support the Offer Managers to create local CRs in PIM (collaboration c/PIM Champions) as well as managing OMs and other stakeholder queries in PIM

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:

• Support Lead offer data quality enhancements and cleansing in ERP & PIM (Referential, commercialization, etc.)

• Support O2 & Longtail Program deployment & acceleration

• Support Optimization of the E2E offers master data management process

Qualifications

Who would be successful?

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Qualifications (Required)

• Graduate of Communication or any business-related course.

• Experience in Marketing Operations, Pricing Management, or related field

• Good communication skills (international context)

• A basic understanding of order management is a plus but not required.
