Key Responsibilities:


* Assist in planning and conducting recreational activities that promote social interaction, mental stimulation, and physical well-being.


* Engage with residents to encourage participation and ensure activities are enjoyable and inclusive.


* Set up, clean up, and organize materials for activities and events.


* Work collaboratively with the Activities Director to develop new programs tailored to residents' interests and abilities.

What We're Looking For:


* A positive attitude and a passion for working with the elderly.


* Creativity and the ability to adapt activities to meet residents' needs.


* Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.


* Previous experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting is a plus but not required.
