Certified Medical Assistant - Urgent Care

Join the Urgent Care team as a Part-time (30 hours/week) Washington State credentialed Medical Assistant-Certified at Salmon Creek 2!

In this role you will room patients, take manual vitals and operate an automated BP machine, collect data and report in the EMR, and manage the MA in-basket for requests.

You will need clinical skills to complete ear lavage, EKG, sterile set-up, injections, immunizations, swabbing, phlebotomy.

Must have ability to wear mask all day and an N95 in cases where protocol directs.

Available Schedules:
(will transition to schedule after successful completion of training to include varying weekday/weekend shifts)


* Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 6:30am to 5:30pm (3, 10-hour shifts)

Hiring range is between $21.18-$26.54 and placement in the range is based on an evaluation of experience.

Differentials Available: Saturday/Sunday ($2.50/hour) and Evening ($3.00/hour).

Requirements:


* Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program required.


* Certification from national certifying entity (AAMA, NCCT, AMT, NHA, etc.) required


* Current Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified credential required, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire required.


* Current healthcare provider BLS required.

Pay Range:
$20.76 - $29.06
