* Pursuing a BS in Engineering from an accredited institution with December 2024 or Spring 2025 graduation date.


* Must be able to meet relocation requirements.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


* Pursuing a BS in Materials Science & Engineering/Metallurgical/Ceramics Engineering, Automation, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering preferred.


* Previous internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing environment or lab environment is highly desired.


* Knowledge of MS Office and Excel, excellent written and oral communication skills, able to work in a self-directed or team environment and have good organizational skills.


* Working knowledge of statistical analysis.


* Knowledge/exposure to facilities engineering


* Demonstrated technical ability through classwork and projects.


* Ability to work with and lead a team.


* Knowledge of Six Sigma or lean manufacturing.


* Desire to work in an advanced manufacturing environment.


* Strong analytical abilities.
