Lead Brand Campaign Continually improve mental, physical availability and prototypicality to drive brands' household penetration.


* Lead Listerine Brand building - Build Brand Awareness though Category education through Mass Media Approach & Brand Intergrade Marketing campaign to Drive Listerine brand awareness & Mouthwash penetration, collaborate with Channel team to ensure campaign have fully & well lander in EC, Offline, O2O KA channel.


* Lead Team member build Professional /KOL Social Seeding plan according to budget allocation, tracking seeding performance KPI, lead E2E communication from brand to channel, to ensure seeding plan help business


* Brand BME/P&L management


* Lead channel communication to drive holistic brand communication cross online & offline, e.g.

MSL SKU alignment, POSM build up, in-store prominence, display, Oral care center.


* Lead Listerine NPD launch & pipeline build up & support global BDT medical / commercial strategy build up

Recruitment requirements
Category experience


* More than 8 years of work experience in foreign enterprises


* Have experience with big health and fast-moving consumer goods brands


* Familiar with brand marketing and social seeding


* Familiar with e-commerce operations


* Have experience in team management
