Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:
* Lead and ensure outstanding Customer service at a minimum distribution cost whilst maximizing sustainability and security.
* Develop distribution network from/ to factories by developing the DC locations, mode of transportation and Inbound/ Outbound flow.
* Working in close coordination with Commercial team in developing the customer segmentation.
Implementing the Customer Service Strategy that takes into account the different types of customers, to provide them with the most adequate and cost effective services.
* Establish and implement the logistics related processes & systems to enhance overall controls, improve visibility & asset utilisation and to simplify the operations.
* Develop new 3PLs/4PLs and work closely with supply chain leaders, Commercial team, factory & DCs
* Lead implementation of continuous improvement projects in the distribution chain
* Monitoring and managing of Safety, Quality regulations and Best Practices by solving occurring logistics issues and ensuring that legal obligations are met.
Ensuring a suitable distribution network is defined and network is optimized
* Lead Physical Order Fulfilment network for the MY/SG optimizing Distribution Cost, ensuring Delivery, Quality and Safety & Sustainability as per annual objectives.
* Lead all Customer Facing Supply Chain (CFSC) interactions with customers, driving value for both K-C and our customers.
Develop & Lead Customer Service activities including customer supply chain strategy, Order management, Optimizing Service & Delivery, Complaint & Return Management, customer logistics data Governance and all activities elevating Supply Chain Customer Experience for MY/SG.
* Ensure delivery service on Import and Export Operations at a minimum cost whilst maximizing Sustainability, Safety and Security
* Maintain knowledge, proficiency level, training and motivating the Logistics teams, developing a high performing team culture.
* Lead the improvement plan for the Logistics KPIs : Service (OTIF & Fill Rate ,Quality, Customer Experience ( Customer service KPIs), Cost (ECS, Distribution Cost/NSV ),
