Senior Fleet Maintenance Specialist

As a Senior Specialist, Fleet Maintenance at RXO, you will be responsible for ensuring company tractors and trailers are maintained and repaired.

What your day-to-day will look like:


* Receive breakdown calls from Drivers and provide advisement of repair facilities to take equipment to


* Daily monitoring of maintenance issues with tractors and trailers to include regular status updates



* Coordinate with repair shops and roadside services to minimize downtime for customer loads and drivers


* Research repair shops and services to coordinate cost effective and timely repairs


* Track, report and relay service information for all preventative maintenance and annual inspections services


* Initiate, audit and sustain all tractor and trailer maintenance files in all necessary systems


* Enter all maintenance invoices in the Transportation Management system

What you’ll need to excel:

At a minimum, you’ll need:


* 2 years of experience in transportation or a related field

It’d be great if you also have:


* Organized and strong attention to detail



* Strong computer skills and experience in Microsoft Suite with a focus on Excel

Ability to think on your feet and provide creative problem solutions


* Experience in TMW, QualCom and NTTS


* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
