For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $66,000 - $99,00 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Titel: Application Engineer

Location: Portland, OR or San Jose, CA

This person will be the primary Application Engineer providing coverage for industrial and commercial clients in Portland, OR and San Jose, CA and the surrounding regions.

This position will require extensive travel to customers both locally as well as out of state, with Portland being the hub.

A valid driver's license and good driving record is required, and it could involve up to 75% overnight travel.

Candidate must be able to obtain necessary clearance and/or credentials as required.

The types of credentials could include, but are not limited to, Homeland Security clearance, background and credit checks, etc.....

What will you do?


* Interact with customers, contractors and end-users and must work well in a team environment


* Provide Software installation, upgrade and start-up services for Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) software including troubleshooting equipment and device communications and provide customer training for the commissioned system


* Consult with customers to determine system operation requirements


* Specify and purchase of hardware/software as required by project


* Configure and commission Schneider Electric and 3rdparty hardware


* Documenting the as-built system
