Industrialization Project Manager

For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $80,640 - $120,960 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

General Purpose of the Role

The Project Manager will lead strategic industrialization programs.

The Project Manager is responsible for achieving Program objectives.

S/he works closely with the Industrialization Leader and Management Team to execute the plan to achieve Program objectives.

The Project Manager has a working knowledge of the technical and organizational environments in which the Program deliverables are created and in which they will be used.

The Program Manager must be an excellent communicator at all levels within the Program environment, be proactive, exhibit strong leadership qualities, be able to influence and be able to adapt to a dynamic and potentially geographically disbursed Program environment.

* Responsible for meeting the scope, schedule, resources, and budget commitments reflected in the Program Management Plan.


* Drive and support the cross-functional Program Management Plan within the constraints established and approved by the Industrialization Leader.


* Implement and enforce change control over Program scope, schedule, resources, and budget.


* Negotiate with functional managers and/or organizational management to obtain adequate resources with appropriate skills.


* Manage the timely resolution of issues, including the escalation of issues that are outside of the Program team's scope of responsibility.


* Continually identify and proactively manage Program risks & issues, ensure execution of corrective action plans up to closure.
