HSE Training Coordinator - Primoris Pipeline

Primoris Pipeline is now searching for an HSE Training Coordinator to support our training efforts in Beaumont, Texas! This entry-level role is the perfect foot-in-the-door opportunity for a motivated, bilingual self-starter who is eager to grow their career in safety training.

Duties and Responsibilities:


* Assist in organizing and scheduling training sessions, workshops, and orientations.


* Maintain training records, attendance, and certification logs for employees.


* Coordinate with trainers, employees, and management to ensure training needs are met.


* Prepare training materials, manuals, and reports as needed.


* Monitor and ensure compliance with company training requirements and deadlines.


* Support the tracking of employee progress through training programs.


* Manage communication regarding training schedules, updates, and requirements.


* Assist with general administrative duties, including data entry and filing.


* Attend and support occasional Saturday training sessions when required.

Required Qualifications:


* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus.


* Strong organizational and time-management skills.


* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.


* Willingness to learn and grow in the role.
