$20 / hour 

($21 per hour if doing Planet Fitness work)

Daily local travel, includes mileage reimbursement

Occasional weekend work may be required

BASIC FUNCTION

The Full-time Field Maintenance and Repair Technician is responsible for the service and maintenance of equipment within the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area, including Dallas Love Field, Grapevine Mills, USPS lockers, several fitness club locations and various malls as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


* Inspect and perform maintenance on assigned equipment


* Clean strollers, massage chairs, wheelchairs, CMUs, and locker systems to ensure clean and functional equipment is always available for customers


* Accurate and timely collections, bank, and report financial transactions


* Manage locations in accordance with applicable state and federal laws, as well as Smarte Carte and facility policies, procedures, and standards


* Maintain regular contact with District Service Manager


* Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring all equipment is in good repair and working as designed


* Maintain a positive relationship with the facility management


* Other assignments as needed.

SKILLS


* Minimum 2 years in a customer service role required.


* Minimum 2 years of field based product support experience (route) preferred


* Basic understanding of electro/mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and repair


* Excellent verbal and written communication


* Maintain accurate records and compile reports
