For this position to be successful, the incumbent should have:


* High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.


* Minimum 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.


* Demonstrated ability to operate Microsoft Office Suite, Acrobat Professional, Windows.


* This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), which requires U.S.

person status.

Preferred Qualifications

For this position to be successful, preference is given to candidates with:


* Experience in a forging facility


* Understanding of processes used in forging manufacturing


* Prior experience as a quality assurance inspector


* Previously demonstrated ability and desire to train others.


* An Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution.


* Minimum one year of experience working with product function, testing, design, continuous improvement, and process control tools including SPC, MSA, Control Plans, Gage R & R's, and other statistical techniques.


* Thorough understanding of ISO/AS9100 quality systems standards.


* Experience within process CMM or related digital inspection tools and systems.


* The ability to perform dimensional measurement and interpretation of aerospace products to required customer specifications using conventional hand-held measuring instruments.
