* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Institution.


* Minimum of seven years of quality related experience.


* Minimum of three years of leadership experience.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or in a technical related field.


* Aerospace investment casting quality/engineering/manufacturing experience.


* Working knowledge of quality systems and requirements and how they relate to business (i.e.

AS9100, NADCAP).


* Familiarity with turbine engine components.


* Read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.


* Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.


* Lead/Support the implementation of initiatives necessary to improve product quality and delivery.


* Experienced in PPAP and APQP.


* Key on talent development.

Conducting performance appraisals of direct reports - Quality Engineers and Technicians.


* Effectively communicate & present information to all levels of the organization - shop floor, direct reports, and management.
