Description



* As APAC Translational Science DRI focus on science and technology translation for brand innovation pipeline, identifying/articulating consumer and clinical insights to direct technology & product development, shape study plan and direct studies during human centred innovation, accelerate and derisk product development with technical know-how, develop novel claim substantiation with fit for purpose approaches for consumer centric product efficacy and safety evaluation/visualization/demonstration, lead interpretation of scientific evidence and storytelling, add value to the organization for launching assets or professional communication purpose by exploring agile models to innovation process with compliance.


* As Translational Science Subject Matter Expert to establish new capabilities tailor fit consumer oriented clinical and scientific evidence generation business needs, including concept feasibility assessment, develop new methodologies/models and agile way for protocol type iteration, demonstration and communication of product benefits.

Liaise with appropriate internal/external experts for innovation cocreation and dissemination.


* Shape Fundamental Research with advanced research concept, technology and data science expertise: Execute research initiatives from plan to report, facilitate the discussion with multi-function and other technology groups among Global Segment, to bring research understanding into business application and publication in impactful journal and congress.

Collaborate with and oversight external Hospitals/College/Research agencies to deliver the results and intellectual property.



* Master's degree or above on Life Science/ (Pediatric) Dermatology/ Nutrition/Oral Care/Pharmacology/ Biophysics/ Public Health/ Epidermology/Evidence based medicine and related fields


* PhD-2 year, MS-3 years, Skin care fundamental or Clinical research experience with Claim/technical regulation/Upstream innovation, Clinical Science/Medical Science Liaison can be a plus
