Role reports to: PROCUREMENT MANAGER

Location: SAO JOSE DOS CAMPOS

What you will do

The SENIOR SOURCING SPECIALIST is responsible for preparing and negotiating subcontract specifications, analyzing complex bid packages, conducting comprehensive supplier analysis, executing supplier contracts, administering purchase orders, leading contract negotiations, and ensuring supplier performance meets company standards.

As a SENIOR SOURCING SPECIALIST, you will recommend changes to systems and processes to improve efficiency and support company business goals for critical sourcing and procurement decisions:

Key Responsibilities


* Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent in alignment with the Job Title and Role requirements


* Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for talent acquisition


* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, while ensuring a positive candidate experience


* Partner with HR and other stakeholders to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates


* Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions


* Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and tools to optimize the recruitment process and improve efficiency


* Prepare and negotiate subcontract specifications, work statement, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized material, equipment, and services, in alignment with the company's business goals.


* Conduct comprehensive supplier analysis, including strategic direction, financial due diligence, market position, and power within the industry, to make recommendations for critical sourcing and procurement decisions.


* Analyze and assimilate data to make recommendations in support of the company's business goals for critical sourcing and procurement decisions.
