Sr Partner Support Rep
Job Summary:
The Senior Partner Support Rep will oversee the end-to-end order management process for federal orders, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with GSA, DPAS, and TAA regulations.
This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing complex orders, and resolving any issues that arise.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in federal order processing, excellent organizational skills, and extremely detail oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and process federal customer orders for all vendors from receipt to delivery, ensuring accurate and timely entry of orders into SAP.
* Process and coordinate with multiple vendors to ensure timely supply of product which meets TAA compliance.
* Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
* Manage DSV/Booking credit reports and Friday commit tracker and correcting any errors.
* Producing detailed reports for management review.
* Compiling reports to analyze order accuracy and fulfillment times.
* Monitor order status and proactively address any issues or delays.
* Maintain accurate records of orders, and GSA documentation.
* Train and mentor Partner Support Rep staff on company process and procedures.
* Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective resolutions.
* Ensure special pricing is set up properly for orders with price exceptions.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and federal regulations, including GSA contracts, DPAS ratings, and TAA compliance.
* SME for peers and cross functional teams for all supplier sales orders and communications.
Reporting Relationships:
* Reports to Team Lead, PSR
* Daily contact with supplier management and sales teams
* Will occasionally present to Senior Management (Supplier and/or ScanSource)
* No Direct Reports
Requirements:
* SAP Experience
* Proficiency with Cisco Tools
* Salesforce.com experience
* High School/GED
* Proficiency in computer usage, the Internet, the Microsoft Office suite of applications
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work within a cooperative team environment, as well as, perform assignments independently
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Proficiency with Cisco Tools Salesforce.com experience
Preferred:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Prior sales or account management experience
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to be physically in attendance at workstation at designated company office location during normal business hours designated for the position.
* Ability to lift 20 pounds.
* Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Compensation:
Compensation Range: $45,000 - $48,000
