Consonus Pharmacy is a closed-door long-term care pharmacy specializing in the needs of nursing facilities, assisted living residents, and their caregivers.

We are currently hiring an Account Resolutions Clerk to join our team!

As the Account Resolutions Clerk you will be handling billing and customer account inquiries, as well as following up on delinquent accounts.

In addition, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


* Prepare and send out past due account letters


* File estate and probate claims


* Process refund requests

Qualifications



* Demonstrated experience in billing/collections


* Knowledge or experience with Medicare Part D or Medicaid insurance


* Strong computer skills


* Able to problem solve, analyze billing questions and utilize math and accounting skills to find a solution.
