The Midwest Operations of ALTEC Industries, Inc.

has openings for Group Leader in Final Assembly.

The positions will be for Off Shift.

To be considered for this position a person must have the following skills and qualifications:


* 2 years of Altec experience required


* Final assembly experience preferred


* Leadership / team building qualities


* Demonstrated inter-personal communication skills


* Good communication skills both written and verbal


* Good work record (safety, performance, quality, etc.)


* Knowledge of Final Assembly


* Knowledge of chassis and unit operations, including operating hybrid chassis, preferred


* Knowledge of Altec Standards and Processes


* Proven ability to troubleshoot, solve problems, and make decisions


* Experience in Access, Word, and Excel programs, preferred


* Oracle Experience
