About the Role

As the Manager of Activities & Marine, you will oversee all guest activities, marine operations, and watersports, ensuring safety, exceptional guest experiences, and financial success.

This role combines operational excellence with creativity to deliver unforgettable luxury experiences.

Your Day-to-Day


* Inspire and mentor the Activities & Marine team to deliver exceptional service.


* Develop innovative guest activities and watersports programs.


* Oversee marina operations and ensure compliance with safety standards.


* Drive revenue through creative service offerings and efficient cost management.


* Build strong relationships with suppliers and the local community.


* Ensure operational excellence through SOPs, WHS compliance, and sustainability initiatives.

What we need from you


* Strong leadership and team management skills.


* Expertise in marine operations and guest activities.


* Senior First Aid, Oxygen, and CPR certifications.


* Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.


* Knowledge of WHS policies and marine compliance.

What we offer

This position is a full-time salaried position, working a minimum of 38 hours per week across a 7-day roster with shifts spanning from early in the morning until later at night.
