Title: Specialist SLS & Programs (AFR)

Location: GSC BOG

Support with the operational topics for AFR team to provide accurate information to reach the KPIs and expectations of the BPs ensuring the workflow of all the team.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Fast learner person to know the step by step of quote for all scopes that AFR process manage.

·       Good communication between the team, TL and BPs to guarantee the success of the operation.

·       Quality checks to be done about the performance of the team.

·       Support the team on questions and escalations.

·       Periodical calls with BPs.

·       Performance Reports weekly/monthly.

·       Find improvements and efficiencies, discuss open topics and issues.

·       Train members of the team in new topics or reinforce some in order to improve the operation.

 

Skills / Requirements:

·       Professional with a strong interest in developing leadership attributes and skills.

·       One to two years of experience in logistics processes (preferably airfreight logistics).         

·       Good level of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.

·       Good and fluent communication in English (verbal and written).

·       Customer service and communication skills.

·       Teamwork and autonomy.

Who Can Apply:

·       Whoever is not currently in implementations/migrations.

·       They meet the prescribed minimum requirements of the job.

·       Have a minimum of 12 months in the current role at DHL.

Relevant information:

·       Salary: $ 2.790.788

·       Type of Contract: Indefinite - Directly with DHL Colombia.

·       Performance bonus up to 16% of salary

·       Food Allowance: $95.564.
