You'll play a crucial role in handling day-to-day activities for our major clients, combining warehouse operations with customer service for our clients.

Position Overview:
This role's responsibilities will be split approximately 60/40 between Warehouse Operations and Domestic Office Operations.
You will handle operational tasks, ensure smooth process flows, and maintain exceptional customer relationships.
This is a safety sensitive position.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse:
* Receive, inspect, and document inbound/outbound freight; includes loading & unloading trucks & containers
* Handle freight labeling, weighing, and dimensionalizing.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
* Follow safety protocols and procedures, including handling hazardous materials.
* Assist in the preparation of accurate shipping documents.
Domestic Operations:
* Provide outstanding customer service through effective communication.
* Ensure accurate and timely data entry and documentation.
* Track and report on shipment statuses.
* Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with internal teams to meet operational standards and goals.
* Resolve operational issues while meeting legal, company, and customer expectations.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Minimum one year of forklift operating experience required, forklift certification preferred.
* Minimum two years of customer service or freight operations experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook email, and other computer applications.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to lift and move heavy cargo (up to 100 lbs), operate warehouse equipment, and work in varying conditions.
* TSA Security Threat Assessment (STA) or equivalent required (Lynden Logistics will assist with application).
* Must pass pre-employment drug test and background screening.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the air freight industry or handling specialized cargo.
* Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
