Manager Offering

Location : Bangalore or Gurgaon

This role needs deep understanding of Fire Alarm System and Access Control System.

This role shall have knowledge for BMS Solution.

This role needs to have offering or Product management experience for atleast 4 to 5 years.

Candidate Shall have exposure to Consultant community and shall be able to travel for technical discussions

Candidate shall have exposure to pricing ,list price creation, Material handling,inventory management, Customer facing technical workshops , Webinars

Candidate shall have good communication skills in order to manage global and internal stakeholders along with external partners and customers

Candidate shall understand the margin impacts and understand effective desining of solution

Candidate shall be able to work on presentiations and have good presentation skills

Candidate shall have good exposure to handle customer requirements

Candidate shall be able to work closely with cross functional teams

Being an offering manager, candidate shall be able to lead Launch plans and work closely with marketing/communication teams

Candidate shall have channel management experiecne B2B and exposure to partner eco system

Good Understanding of B2B channel business model is needed

Candidate shall be ready to travel across india as & when needed along with sales, BD team and end user team

Candidate has to own entire product line for Fire/Access & ready to add portfolio in future

Postive attitute is must and behavioural attitute is also needed
