Digital Energy Operational Offer manager
Job Summary:
The operational offer manager will be responsible for support the Business offer manager in country in driving sales and marketing efforts specifically for energy metering, protection relays, and building products and energy and building management systems.
This role requires a basic understanding of marketing principles and good technical knowledge of the products.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to bridge the gap between technical specifications and customer needs, creating compelling marketing strategies and driving sales growth while supporting the sales team in country.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote energy metering, protection relays, and building products and energy and building management systems.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
* Provide product expertise to customers and the sales team.
* Create and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations.
* Collaborate with the product development team and the head of product marketing in country to ensure products meet market needs.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
* Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses.
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and network with potential customers.
* Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams on customer needs and product performance.
Qualifications
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or marketing of electric distribution products, energy metering, protection relays, or building/ energy management systems industry.
* Strong understanding of electric distribution products, energy metering, protection relays, or building/ energy management systems industry.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to understand and communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze market data and trends.
* Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
* Fluent English speaking and Vietnamese
