Lead, Quality Assurance
Job Overview:
As an IT Testing and Documentation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our software solutions.
Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve issues before software deployment.
You will work closely with the development team to ensure that all technical aspects are aligned and that any discrepancies are addressed promptly.
In addition to testing, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining comprehensive documentation that outlines testing procedures, results, and software functionality.
This documentation will serve as a vital resource for current and future team members, ensuring consistency and clarity in our processes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Software Testing: Conduct thorough testing of applications to identify bugs and ensure functionality aligns with requirements.
* Technical Synchronization: Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration and communication on technical matters.
* Documentation: Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for testing processes, findings, and software functionality.
* Functional Concepts: Gain familiarity with functional concepts and requirements to enhance testing and documentation efforts (not a primary focus but a beneficial skill).
* Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide feedback on testing and documentation practices.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Experience in software testing, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies.
* Familiarity with documentation tools and practices.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Basic understanding of Offer creation & Offer Lifecycle functional concepts is a plus, but not required.
