What you will do

The Senior Recruiter, North America will be responsible for managing the recruitment process and ensuring diverse candidate flow.

You will also maintain knowledge of recruiting trends and personnel practices, and serve as the first level of escalation for staffing issues:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent for North America.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on best practices for candidate selection.

• Create and maintain a strong employer brand through various channels, such as social media, job fairs, and networking events.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.

• Provide guidance and consultation to business and HR leaders on talent requirements and drive effective and efficient talent acquisition strategy

• Develop and implement differentiated Talent Acquisition strategies and diversity talent initiatives for Kenvue's talent priorities

• Drive operational excellence throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including data integrity, and adherence to success metrics

• Collaborate and influence other HR and functional partners to ensure the necessary talent is attracted for today and tomorrow

• Identify sourcing channels, leverage social branding and networking to achieve immediate and long-term talent strategies

• Ensure compliance with company standards and policies throughout the recruitment process

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
