KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Supply Chain Analysis:
* Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including potential stockouts and overstock situations.
o Manage STEM & Availability for the related portfolio
* Inventory Management:
* Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize holding costs and maximize product availability.
* Implement and maintain inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Collaboration:
o Collaborate with Regional Supply & Demand organization to execute forecast & supply & inventory improvement plans
* Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
Performance Reporting:
* Prepare and present Availability reports and Supply risks.
o Undertake root cause analysis of OTIFD impact to develop corrective action plans to ensure reliability of supply
o Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions to enhance supply chain performance.
* Customer Service:
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining accurate and reliable product supply.
* Address and resolve any supply chain issues that may impact customer service.
Knowledge, Skills and Capabilities
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in supply chain management tools and software (e.g., SAP, Excel, Tableau).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Detail-oriented and highly organized.
* Proactive and able to anticipate and address potential issues.
* Customer-focused and committed to delivering high-quality service.
* Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
* 1-3 years of experience in supply chain analysis, demand planning, or a related role.
